Rules of Participation
1. A calendar year is the period from January 1 to December 31 of each year. Regardless of when a member registered, nights/visits are counted starting from January 1st of the registration year.
2. Late check-out is subject to availability.
3. Only adults can participate in the program.
4. Members must provide an accurate email address to register for the program.
5. Membership is limited to one membership, and benefits apply only to one guest according to their Frequent Guest status.
Classic Card
Eligibility:
4 hotel visits or 8 nights' stay per calendar year
Benefits:
1. Welcome compliment and postcard;
2. Robe, dental kit/shaving kit/classic line of cosmetics in standard rooms.
3. 5% discount on bar/restaurant services. (Once per stay)
Silver Card
Eligibility:
6 hotel visits or 12 nights of hotel accommodation per calendar year
Benefits:
1. Welcome compliment and postcard;
2. Bathrobe, dental kit/shaving kit/classic cosmetics in standard rooms.
3. 8% discount on bar/restaurant services (once per stay)
4. One-time sauna visit (2 hours).
Gold Card
Eligibility:
10 hotel visits or 20 nights' stay per calendar year
Benefits:
1. Welcome compliment and postcard;
2. Bathrobe, dental kit/shaving kit/classic cosmetics in standard rooms.
3. 10% discount on bar/restaurant services (once per stay).
4. One-time sauna visit (2 hours).
5. Complimentary early check-in/late check-out.
Important features:
• To maintain frequent guest status, regular guests, regardless of their level, must stay at the hotel at least four times per calendar year. If a guest fails to confirm their Frequent Guest status, they will revert to Level 1 status on the Classic Frequent Guest card on December 31 of the year following their last stay. If a guest fails to confirm their Frequent Guest status for more than one year, they will be removed from the loyalty program on December 31 of the second year following their last stay.
